Features Father Jim Consedine, who is a member of New Zealand’s national liaison committee for the court-referred restorative justice (RJ) project, as well as a prison chaplain, parish priest, author on RJ. He speaks of RJ as a hopeful movement, and has worked for successful partnership among governmental institutions.
