This document is a product of that mission. It consists of two major parts. The first part focuses on individual preparation for conflict transformation. The second part focuses on engaging others in conflict transformation. Resources in the document include identification and elaboration of theological, ethical, and relational principles; quotations from the Bible and other sources; processes for dealing with conflict constructively; short, relevant stories or incidents; a bibliography; and a list of organizations that provide training in conflict transformation.
