This paper highlights the key findings from an independent evaluation of the Essex FGC Restorative Justice Project and discuss the practice issues that developed. The multi-agency partnership element of the project is a key indicator of why it has been so successful because the program’s objectives were shared and owned by multiple agencies. Author's abstract
