Source: (1996) Report no. NPCR1046. Minneapolis, MN: Neighborhood Planning for Community Revitalization.

Gerard looks at efforts by a partnership of community associations – the Central City Neighborhoods Partnership (CCNP) in Minneapolis, Minnesota – to respond to crime through neighborhood institutions.
