Downloaded 11 June 2004.Ronda Tokona, a restorative justice conference facilitator and lawyer, appreciates restorative justice on another level, having been a victim herself. The interaction between offender and victim and the powerful impact it has led Ronda to become a facilitator herself. She strongly believes in the need for a 'connection' to be made between the behaviour of the offender and its impact on the victim. As a facilitator, she is learning how to help people express themselves at conferences while staying neutral, as well.
