Calgary Community Conferencing (CCC) consists of a joint initiative involving governmental and nongovernmental organizations. It take referrals for conferences from the youth justice system and the school system. At the end of a conference participants are given evaluation forms with open-ended and close-ended questions. Based on those forms, this report provides data on participant satisfaction for the years 1998-2000. From the perspectives of the participants, the evaluations cover the best and worst things about the conferences, recommended changes to the conferences, and ratings of satisfaction.
