This circle process has evolved a long way and continues to evolve. It belongs to no one. It belongs to everyone. Our description of peacemaking circles here, as in all of our writings and trainings, incorporates the teachings and experiences of many different people. We offer what we have learned to enhance the use of circles by people all over the world. We do so without claiming any one way is the only way to do circles. We thank our many teachers as we continue to learn more about the power of the circle dialogues. (excerpt)
