I will divide my presentation into four sections. I will begin briefly discussing what I understand by “morality” and what large principles could guide a justice that is moral. Thereafter, I will try to define what I understand of restorative justice, and finally discuss restorative justice ant the Morality of justice practices. (excerpt)
