This presentation supplements the evaluation done by Bonta et al by exploring the essential differences between the regular probation supervision and the restorative resolution program with regard to the following elements: case management, preparation of the sentence plan, the unique partnership developed between the supervisor and the client, the inclusion of victim input, community involvement, cultural sensitivity and treatment issues. There will also be a presentation on the evaluation of the Criminal Errors Thinking/Victim Awareness group that is offered by Restorative Resolutions.
