The aims of this study were: * To develop a picture of the impact of the Marshall Inquiry Recommendations; * Identify successes and challenges in recommendation implementation; * To bring into this picture the input, visions, and hopes of Mi'kmaw community members who engaged in the research through a series of community forums, focus groups and interviews; * To help better understand issues of Mi'kmaw access to justice in Nova Scotia; and * To consider Mi'kmaw experiences within the Canadian Justice System post-Marshall Inquiry.
