Ft. Peck is a tribal reservation in northeast Montana. This paper describes the plan to implement a program for a tribal Community Wellness Court. Included in this description are the following: an introduction to the process to be implemented; key goals for the program; key objectives to be accomplished under each goal; actions to be performed; personnel responsible to perform the actions; and time frames for actions to be completed and objectives met.
