This study examines differences in victim satisfaction and attitudes toward victim-offender mediation based on participation in a mediation session with either adult or juvenile offenders. The data came from victim-offender programs in two sites: Minneapolis, Minnesota; and Winnipeg, Manitoba. The data were collected in post-mediation interviews with victims.
Your donation helps Prison Fellowship International repair the harm caused by crime by emphasizing accountability, forgiveness, and making amends for prisoners and those affected by their actions. When victims, offenders, and community members meet to decide how to do that, the results are transformational.
