The United Kingdom has followed in New Zealand’s footsteps with their introduction of restorative justice conferences and training workshops. This interest in restorative justice has prompted the British Home Office to set aside a NZ$10 million fund to start programs throughout the UK. New Zealanders Helen Bowen and Jim Boyack have helped to organize and facilitate some of these training workshops in the UK and hope to continue in their efforts to teach others about the benefits of restorative justice.
