In this article the Colorado School Mediation Project presents a restorative justice model for schools. This model is adapted from the model developed by Mark Seidler and Thom Allena. One notable virtue in the article is that the restorative justice model for schools is presented in a graphic format. The presentation consists more or less of a flowchart from the point of student wrongdoing on through various resolutions of the problem. Using text boxes and graphics images, key participants, decision-making points and criteria, and processes are pictured in a clear and easily grasped form.
