This policy study seeks to view law, justice , and social problems in a new way to respond to violence and social disruption. It attempts to use “macro justice” to address the nature and causes of violence in the Navajo Nation. Courts must anticipate new conditions and emerging events and adjust their operations to meet them. (excerpt)
