For close to one century, Kenya like most other countries has gone through gruesome acts of
impunity which have occasioned egregious violations of human rights without the resource for
redress. To date, victims and their partner organizations are still seeking truth, justice and
reconciliation. This paper presents the long struggle of victims of gross human rights violations in
