“Sure, that happens all the time,” he said of Jackson’s suggestion that authorities impose what she called “restorative justice.”
“I’d rather this conclude with some meaningful community work and that maybe whoever did this can learn more about how to respect people, be a good neighbor and participate in a community,” she said.
