A Blessing in Disguise

February 28, 2022

I found myself in prison because I allowed my anger towards my brother to drive me to commit evil. I contributed to a deep division in my family, which led to many of them to turn me and co-conspirators in to the police. Everyone that was part of the crime with me was released from prison after posting bail but I was not able to do the same. This turned into a blessing in disguise because if I had been able to afford bail, I would not have had to opportunity to join the STP course. I now know that despite the actions of others, I am responsible for my actions and how I react to what happens in life. I am very sorry for what happened and the part that I played, and I have accepted my responsibility for my crime.
