A Case Study in Peacemaking

Peacemaking can be described as a set of principles, strategies, and actions aimed at settling conflicts between individuals or groups at odds with each other. Peacemaking can be accomplished by the parties in dispute, but often it involves the assistance of a neutral “third” party mediator.
