Cavanagh details the approach made by members of the Colorado Dept. of Probation Services to coordinate the restorative justice programs and activists in the Fort Collins-Loveland, CO, community. Cavanagh states that the closenss of the probation and parole personnel and programs to the communities they serve puts them in a prime position to “lead the judicial system in adopting [RJ] processes.â€?
