The purpose of this article is two-fold—to present documentation identifying the
dilemma presented by the Social Discipline Window for educators and second to propose
a structural renovation in the form of a Relationship Window. Central to this suggested
renovation is a shift in focus from emphasizing behaviour to one that emphasizes
relationships. (excerpt)
