Alternative Dispute Resolution refers to a broad range of mechanisms and processes designed to assist parties in resolving differences. Alternative Dispute Resolution provides an opportunity to resolve conflicts creatively and effectively, finding the process that best handles a particular dispute. The author advocates for introducing the alternative mechanisms in the Bulgarian legislation and legal practice.
