for community mediation and other forms of conflict resolution to thrive. There are still a number of communities, populations, and social arenas that can benefit from our services. Nevertheless, the true challenges appear to be the development of a conscious awareness of our skills and
accessibility in the communities we serve, as well as volunteer recruitment and training in those communities. (excerpt)
