I won’t try to educate you by going over the content of our
report. I want rather, to focus on our recommendations.
How can we, how do we make real change in our prison
system, how can we concretely and within a timeframe
that won’t relegate this conference to ancient history,
move on from the rhetorically based policy to rationally
