In response to many inquiries to its staff, the Correctional Service Canada developed this guide. It is a reference tool for people who want to know what programs or courses on restorative justice or conflict resolution are offered by universities, colleges, and other post-secondary or community-based institutions in Canada. The listing of programs is organized by provinces and territories. For each program, the guide identifies the name of the institution, its location, a brief description of programs and courses offered, a contact person, and details on certification (where applicable).
