This manual wide for use by community-based conflict resolution programs provides a sampling of print outreach materials, developed for either individual neighborhoods or program-wide distribution. The material includes leaflets, brochures, flyers, and assorted information pieces. The recruitment materials describe the various volunteer roles available and the importance of conflict resolution and neighborhood building. Case generation materials list the types of conflicts that can be handled and suggest the practical aspects of a panel hearing. Speakers’ materials, including an outline of a sample presentation and suggestions for skits to illustrate eight disputes and their resolutions, are also provided.
