Connecting young people from many backgrounds and providing information to them on violence, intolerance, and drugs, the purpose of is to build a sense of ownership and responsibility among youth with respect to their communities. is sponsored by the RCMP, but it functions as a program for youth and by youth to assist young people, community leaders, educators, and heads of youth-oriented organizations in community-based problem-solving.
