Edwards and Haslett address the growing debate about the use of restorative processes in cases of domestic violence. They hope to add to the debate by discussing lessons learned and challenges encountered by the Mediation and Restorative Justice Centre of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. They discuss the philosophical issues involved practice implicaitons, challenges and dangers in working with victims and offenders in domestic violence cases.
