The Minnesota Department of Corrections has produced a set of practical materials for people training to facilitate restorative group conferences. This “Appendix” provides numerous items of use to a facilitator: copies of chapters from a book on victim offender conferencing and restorative justice; fact sheets on many restorative practices, such as community conferencing, community reparation boards, peacemaking circles, victim impact panels, and victim offender mediated dialogue; Minnesota justice system glossary; sample forms, such as referral, agreement, facilitator contract, facilitator job description, and community conferencing; and guidelines for developing a community-based restorative conferencing model.

This lesson is supplemented by other lessons and related materials, also produced by the Minnesota Department of Corrections.
