The Minnesota Department of Corrections has produced a set of practical materials to guide people who are training others in facilitation of restorative group conferences. The materials in this section of the guide consist of worksheets used in practice activities by people taking the training. The worksheets present basic perspectives of participants (e.g., a victim; a young offender; parents of the victim and of the offender; facilitator; a school behavior specialist; and a community member) in various restorative justice processes (e.g., victim offender dialogue; family group conferencing; large group conferencing; and peacemaking circles).
