Circles and other Restorative Practices, August 8-10, 2002, Minneapolis, Minnesota.

This workshop will address the role of forgiveness in restorative practices and interventions. Issues and questions to be addressed are: what is forgiveness? How forgiveness is viewed as a threat, a blessing, a gift, an obligation, an event, a process, and a choice. Opportunities will be provided to discuss if, when and how forgiveness is, could, or should be used in pursuing restorative goals and in implementing restorative practices.

Your donation helps Prison Fellowship International repair the harm caused by crime by emphasizing accountability, forgiveness, and making amends for prisoners and those affected by their actions. When victims, offenders, and community members meet to decide how to do that, the results are transformational.
