Given the increasing number of collaborative conflict resolution methods emerging in the field of family and child protection law, it seems timely to devote an issue of Family Court Review to address this theme. This issue will review the different forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and consider how we can best encourage parties to work together cooperatively in resolving issues of divorce, child protection, and other family law matters.
