With a grant from the State Justice Institute, the Koch Crime Institute launched a two-year research project to identify juvenile justice diversion programs. The final product of this effort is a manual outlining twenty diversion programs such as teen courts, conferencing, and community service. Each program is described in detail to allow study and possible implementation in other areas.
