This Youth Justice Plan covers the period April 2003 to March 2004. It is a vision for the way ahead and the strategies that the Partnership, through its operational arm of the Youth Offending Team (YOT), plan to combat youth crime. It will enable the (YOT) to build on the considerable success achieved in previous years by integrating their work into the objectives of community safety, crime prevention, health development, education, social inclusion and Quality Protects.
