How can the Mediation Centres/Services and local mediators play an active role in preventing potential conflicts and escalation of conflicts? How can we address conflicts at an early stage or even before they take place? And how can this apply for different countries? Through presentation of concrete examples from Albania and Norway we wish to encourage a debate on this issue. (Excerpt)
