These four papers explore the principals and assumptions on which British corrections policies rest and ways in which Christian theology might help formulate or even transform the moral framework in which correctional institutions currently operate. Themes of justice, guilt, forgiveness, and vocation are central to the consideration of the relationship between Christian theology and practical issues in criminal justice.
