Two very significant reports on
Restorative Justice have been
published in the last few weeks. The
Irish Government published the final
report of their National Commission
on Restorative Justice – established by
the Irish Government in March 2007–
“To consider the application of the
concept of Restorative Justice [and] to
make recommendations as to its
potential wider application in this
jurisdiction.†(excerpt)
