This project consists of a parent information package used by police and containing drug and referral information. Walters summarizes the contents of the package, the aims of the project, and criteria for administration of the package. She also provides statistics on the actual usage of the package by police. From her examination of the project, she concludes with observations on the value and effectiveness of the package.
