Mara Schiff observes that personal and business coaching is one of the fastest growing professions. Individuals and businesses are discovering that extraordinary results can be gained under guidance from a trained professional who can empower a person to achieve his or her best. Schiff urges restorative community justice advocates and practitioners to consider the use of a personal coach to pursue the goals of restorative community justice more passionately and effectively, especially amid a current justice system that is not oriented around their values and goals. In this regard, Schiff discusses how coaching works and gives advice on finding a personal coach.
