In her presentation, Anne Smith, a Community Safety Manager, provides an overview of the work of the Anti-Social Behaviour office in Wycombe. After sketching the background to this initiative, she outlines its structure and process. This leads to identification of the nature of referrals, factors that promote success, components of the evaluation of the program, and key findings about types of anti-social behavior and vulnerability of offenders.
