For the past few years, a New Zealand public library has been amassing a collection of articles, books, reports, and videos that focus on the theory and practice of restorative justice. The City of Napier, situated by the sea in Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand, has a population of just over 55,000…. The collection now numbers about 800 books, papers, and other resources. (excerpt)
