This issue of the Central Virginia Restorative Justice newsletter includes a story about two young men who made a series of prank calls to a woman nearby. When she pressed charges, the two sides had very differing accounts of what happened. At first this confused the facilitators because it made it obscured what initially seemed like a very clear-cut case.
