This issue of the Central Virginia Restorative Justice newsletter relates the story of a young teenage girl who had gotten in many fights at school, finally culminating in a year-long suspension and charges being pressed. She went through a restorative justice program and afterwards seemed to have changed her behavior positively so that the next time she was deliberately provoked, she did not fight back.
