This review of two books with a radical vision of justice: ZehrÃs Changing Lenses (1990) and WrightÃs Justice for Victims and Offenders (1991). After comparing and contrasting the visions of restorative justice presented by each, the reviewer the importance of these works and suggests that even the combined vision of both authors is not enough because they lack a fundamentally transformative vision by individualizing justice. The author calls for a transformative justice that also considers societies responsibilities for crime as part of a restorative response.
