Peacemaking and the Tsuu T’ina Court.

The Tsuu T’ina Court began sitting in October 2000. This provincial court is located on the Tsuu T’ina Reverve with jurisdiction for criminal, youth, and bylaw offenses commited on the reserve. A peacemaking program was initiated by the Tsuu T’ina and is integral part of the justice process.
