The Pittsburgh Mediation Center (PMC) is Western Pennsylvania’s only non-profit mediation center. With a diverse and highly trained group of eight staff and about 100 volunteers, PMC is the leading provider of mediation, training, and restorative justice services for individuals and organizations in the Greater Pittsburgh community. PMC’s mission statement is: The purpose of the Pittsburgh Mediation Center is to practice, model, teach, and promote resolution of differences through mediation, collaboration, and restorative justice…. The student consultant has been working together with Ms. Gale McGloin, the Executive Director of PMC to identify opportunities to sustain the current technology situation and expand the technology capacity.
