Although restorative juvenile justice is commonly accepted around the world and has already proved its efficiency, it still has to face constant obstacles and reluctances from different kinds of actors of both political and judicial systems. This document highlights the importance of quality research, documentation and statistics as evidence for programming of restorative juvenile justice procedures and for advocacy process in order to ensure the global credibility of this approach.
