Use of this kind of conflict resolution has wide application and is, I think, the way forward to true healing and restorative justice. I am learning how to be much more empathic and less judgemental with myself, as well as others. This is a whole new form of non-violence for me. I don’t know if I will ever have the opportunity to communicate with either of the men who killed my family members but I am confident that if either asks for this to happen, that I will welcome the chance to participate in a potentially healing process for all.
