The two-day national conference “Victim-Offender Mediation, Restorative Justice” was organized in Tirana on 27-28 April 2005 by the Albanian Foundation “Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation of Disputes” (AFCR), in cooperation with the Albanian Ministry of Justice, the Norwegian Mediation Service, the Council of Europe, the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Tirana, the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation, the Foundation “Open Society for Albania-Soros” and the School of Magistrates.
