Restorative aspects in the Dutch juvenile justice system.

Defence for Children International (a nongovernmental organization in the Netherlands) included a section on the Dutch juvenile justice system in its comparative study of restorative justice in different countries. This article summarizes those findings, providing an overview of juvenile justice in the Netherlands, restorative elements already contained in the system, and recent developments concerning restorative justice in the Netherlands.
